Leaders seminar

This year, the seminar took place on Sunday, June 22, 2025, lasting 5 hours and featuring a hands-on, experiential approach, giving participants the opportunity to develop essential skills for effective team leadership.

During the seminar, participants enhanced skills such as:

• Team building and empowerment
• Energizers and team-bonding activities
• Intercultural communication
• Information management and collaboration
• Conflict resolution and crisis management

At the end of the seminar, all participants received a certificate of attendance, gained priority as leaders in HYP programs, and obtained access to specialized leader training sessions.
