HYP is an organisation that advocates for lifelong learning and the creation of diverse communities and networks. Through its actions it wants to give space to people to develop their skills, to upgrade their skills and especially to be in sync with the ever-changing labour market with the ultimate goal of realising our vision for social justice, inclusion and equal opportunities for everyone.

From the moment of its establishment until today, it is a reference point for people who want to participate in experiential programs in Athens and abroad.

The trainings that have been offered and continue to be offered concern :

  • the experiential / non-formal education,
  • the upgrade of formal education with new educational tools as well as with modern digital platforms,
  • theatre and theatrical play, graphic facilitation and group animation.

Also important to us are the tools for the preparation of an interview as:

  • conflict management,
  • leadership,
  • resume creation,
  • motivation letter.

At the same time, European good practice exchanges enable us to create opportunities related to social cooperatives, entrepreneurship and the use of a variety of tools to increase the employability of young people. The organisation purposefully supports people with fewer opportunities as well as people outside employment, education or training (NEET) structures through ongoing actions, in collaboration with local structures and organisations that support employability.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the organisation has offered a wide range of personal development workshops (CV writing, productivity improvement and time management) to more than 250 people in Greece to help empower young people. By creating these small groups, we support young people to deal with stress and isolation through interaction as as well as to acquire new skills.
