Program Management and Coordination

HYP is a certified program management and implementation body by Erasmus+ , the European Solidarity Corps, the Council of Europe and other governmental and non-governmental funding bodies.

In addition, it has implemented various programs in collaboration with municipalities, groups of young people and adolescents, local agencies and partners from all over Greece, which focus on personal and professional development and activation of youth.The team of the organisation consists of young people with European experience and know-how in project management who are open to new ideas and proposals.

Ten years of experience in this field have shown us the way on:

  • how to manage these programs, in terms of human resources, the teams that are created, their requirements and needs
  • the financial management of each project separately, the duration and the deadlines, the collaborations and the relations with the sponsors and the corresponding bodies with us abroad
  • the dissemination of the results of each program but also its smooth and correct execution
  • achieve the goals of each individual program in the best possible way and to ensure both quality and quantity equally.

Each program is unique and based exclusively on the individuals, we have come to realise over time that in the context of proper program organisation and management, we must have built a risk plan before the program starts in order to anticipate each time possible difficulties but also second and third often plan in case our initial program does not work.

Finally, we meet the challenges of the new digital world and try to evolve our digital skills as much as possible and adapt them to our needs, especially in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course we are the first to recognize the value of lifelong learning and each time, with each new challenge, we strive to become better and improve our benefits. We are interested in being active locally and also on a European and international level, promoting and sharing our vision, values and goals.
