Leaders seminar

On June 22, 2025, Hellenic Youth Participation organized one of its most important seminars: the Leaders Seminar. This annual event plays a crucial role in selecting and preparing the people we collaborate with in future programs both in Greece and abroad.

This year’s seminar had an experiential character and lasted 5 hours. Participants had the opportunity to sharpen valuable skills such as:
👉 Team building and empowerment
👉 Energizers and bonding activities
👉 Intercultural communication
👉 Information management and collaboration
👉 Conflict resolution and crisis management

🔍 At the end, participants received a certificate of attendance, gained priority to take on the role of leaders in upcoming HYP programs, and obtained access to special leader seminars.

The Leaders Seminar 2025 once again highlighted the importance of investing in collaboration, communication, and youth empowerment.💡
