Trainers Academy

Hellenic Youth Participation (HYP), with many years of experience and three consecutive awards in the field of education, created the Trainers Academy to promote experiential and non-formal learning through an innovative series of trainings.

The educational process focused on the design of holistic programs, offering participants the chance to gain experience through diverse approaches and innovative methods. They experimented with alternative forms of training, developed educational materials, presented their own ideas, and received constructive feedback from the HYP team. At the same time, their participation provided exclusive meetings, networking opportunities, and special benefits in HYP’s educational programs, enhancing each member’s personal and professional growth.

Across five interactive sessions, participants developed essential skills such as empathy, communication, leadership, teamwork, and conflict management through experiential and collaborative activities.

📍 The sessions took place at HYP’s premises (10 Soutsou Street, Ampelokipoi, Athens).

The Trainers Academy inspired a new generation of trainers who care, act, and share knowledge with people at the center.
