 Step into Branding is a small-scale partnership in adult education co-funded by the European Union and the Foundation for the Development of the Education System of Poland, through the organizations Fundacja Innowacyjnej Edukacji (Poland), Fondatsiya "Tsennosti, dobrodeteli, integritet" (Bulgaria), and Hellenic Youth Participation (Greece).

Following this, we created a comprehensive guideline and a workbook full of ideas, giving voice to branding strategies and making every learning experience engaging and readily accessible at any time.

As part of the program, a short but highly impactful series of podcasts and vidcasts was implemented. Our podcast, "Step into Branding" provides organizations, staff, and trainers with the opportunity to learn how to develop a strong organizational identity and targeted communication strategies to enhance their visibility and impact. Through interviews with leading organizations in the field of adult education, practical steps for content creation, examples of implementation, and guidance for personalized support, participants gain access to tools that any non-profit organization can apply. This initiative has offered valuable insights and practical knowledge, helping organizations strengthen their branding and communication practices in meaningful and sustainable ways.

In our first episode, we had the pleasure of hosting Stavroula Pagona from You in Europe. The organization is based in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, and offers activities across Europe. Since 2012, it has been a dynamically growing youth organization, and Stavroula shares with us the secrets of how they reached where they are today. Learn more at You in Europe.

In our second episode, we had the pleasure of hosting Panagiotis Mamouzakis from Roes Cooperativa. The organization is based in Athens and offers innovative approaches to non-formal education. In our third episode, we had the pleasure of hosting Eleni Tsireli from the Innovation Lifelong Learning Center. The organization is based in Larisa and is a certified education and training provider, accessible and committed to quality. Since 2013, it has offered diverse opportunities for training, education, and adult support, and Eleni shares with us how they create fresh content that often goes viral. In our latest episode, we had the pleasure of discussing with Kyriakos Stenos about his experience with Kyttaro through counseling sessions. Kyttaro is a non-profit organization founded by young adults who recovered from cancer during childhood or adolescence, aiming to support individuals who have experienced cancer during childhood and adolescence. The final event of the program took place on November 1, 2025 at the offices of Hellenic Youth Participation with the Branding Workshop. The event was designed to share the results of the program and to help participants define, express, and develop their brand identity in a meaningful and strategic way.During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn:

  • How to discover the essence and purpose of their brand
  • What brand personality means and how it affects communication
  • How to create a consistent visual and verbal identity
  • How to build trust and emotional connection with their audience
  •  Practical tools to shape their brand story
