Trainers Academy 2025–2026

The Trainers Academy 2025–2026 of Hellenic Youth Participation was implemented as a comprehensive training cycle aimed at empowering professionals and young people who are active in—or interested in—the fields of education and experiential learning.

The Academy consisted of five in-person sessions held at the HYP premises and was addressed to participants aged 18+, including trainers, educators of all disciplines, facilitators, youth workers, coaches, university students, adult educators, and individuals working in or wishing to engage with education and European learning frameworks.

Throughout the Trainers Academy, participants developed skills in the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational activities through experiential learning methods. The thematic areas covered included team formation and empowerment, intercultural communication and empathy, personal development, the design of energizers, ice-breakers, and team-building activities, as well as cooperation with organizations, conflict resolution, crisis management, and more.

The Trainers Academy offered a unique opportunity for learning and networking, equipping participants with practical tools and knowledge to design innovative educational activities and gain deeper experience in organizing Erasmus+ programmes. Upon completion, participants received a certificate of attendance, priority access to special HYP programmes and advanced trainings, and the opportunity to join the HYP team of lead trainers.
