“Discover, Reassess, Take Action” – Interactive Workshop for Balanced Nutrition
On Tuesday, October 17, the interactive workshop “Discover, Reassess, Take Action” was held with Ioanna Nakaki (Dietitian-Nutritionist M.Sc.) at Hellenic Youth Participation, offering participants a comprehensive experience in understanding and reassessing their eating habits.
The workshop aimed to help participants gain deeper insight into how they eat and to chart a path toward nutrition that supports both physical and mental well-being. Through guided activities and discussions, participants actively reflected on their dietary choices and developed personalized strategies.
By the end of the workshop, participants had:
- Gained a clear understanding of how their current diet functions, recognizing whether it works in their favor or against them.
- Discovered what it truly means to have a balanced diet.
- Learned the two essential steps to confidently make decisions about food.
- Created a personal and actionable plan of action outlining the next steps toward a healthier daily routine.
The workshop provided a meaningful experience of self-awareness and empowerment, combining scientific guidance, practical tools, and active participation, giving young people the opportunity to take charge of their own balanced nutrition.
