Experiential Group by HUG – Autumn 2025

In Autumn 2025, Hellenic Youth Participation organized an open call for a new experiential group by HUG. The group was designed to give participants the opportunity to get to know themselves better and, in turn, understand others through hands-on and participatory activities.

The program included three in-person sessions, each lasting three hours, where participants explored topics such as healthy relationships, personal boundaries, gender roles, communication, and empathy through creative exercises and interactive methods.

The group provided a safe and supportive space where participants could explore personal experiences, exchange perspectives, and strengthen social and emotional learning skills, fostering personal growth and meaningful connection with others.
