A journey to yourself through the arts!

Memory, the mother of the Muses, is our inspiration for the HYP art team.

In the 7 years the group has been running, 140 unique people have expressed themselves through art, connected with like-minded people, and created a huge impact on the society around them.

We are going strong for another year with the goal of helping even more of you connect with yourself and the world around you, and get in touch with various art forms such as collage, dance, mandala, sound therapy and many more yet.

How;

From October to April we meet twice a month, once with our specialized partners who come from the field of psychotherapy, dance and drama therapy and once at events in the city or in creativity workshops.

Every year we choose a new theme for the education cycle such as identity, language, mapping, gender. The module ends with an exhibition in the center of Athens where you will present your artistic creations and share your thoughts and concerns with the visitors.
