  • Duration:

Youth MPower was an "Erasmus+ KA2 Exchange of good practices" project aiming to mobilize young people, youth refugees and migrants themselves, primarily in the search of employment opportunities. At the individual level, a young person - despite having skills and motivation to work - can face multiple
challenges in gaining meaningful employment, which can feed disillusionment and a loss of self-esteem.

The partners were:
-FUNDACJA ACTIVE KIDS from Poland
-ASSOCIACIO GLOBERS from Spain
-INSTITUT ZA POTICANJE MLADIH from Croatia
-HELLENIC YOUTH PARTICIPATION from Greece.

The project included:
03-10.10.2020, training in Murzasichle, Poland where youthworkers focused on dramatic and improvisational tools and techniques for youth empowerment.

12-18.09.2021, mobility of young people in Coma-Ruga, Spain where young people learned more about the empowerment of youth in the context of introducing oneself as an employee.

12-19.07.2022, training in Rijeka, Croatia where youthworkers focused on how to work with young people in the context of the growth of their entrepreneurial abilities.

15-23.09.2022, mobility of young people in Nea Makri, Greece where young people learned more about creating an outline of social entrepreneurs based on developed tools.
