Action Details: Our age tends to be characterized by a strange fixation on jargon around relationships. Toxicity, situationships, fwb, ghosting, gaslighting and the list goes on, trying to explain the behaviors one experiences not only in romantic relationships, but also in friendships, work, social, family. But what we essentially negotiate in every such effort, is to discover what role we play in every relationship, what expectations we have of the person/s towards us, but also how we can define ourselves - not only in relation to the behavior of others, but also with ours. In this workshop we will experientially explore the above concerns and concepts. Participants do not need to have previous experience in drama therapy. The method: Dramatherapy is a psychotherapeutic method that works on the issue of roles in our daily lives, as it draws from the field of Theatre, Art and psychotherapy with the aim of exploring deeper issues that concern us, offering us the necessary aesthetic distance to process issues that under other circumstances would be difficult to approach. The instructor: Maria Shubert is a drama therapist, PhD candidate of the Department of Theater Studies, EKPA. He worked for a number of years in rehab (Theseas, Kallithea Municipality rehab program). He has collaborated with the German School of Athens (drama therapy interventions in the classroom) and the National Blood Donation Center (educational programs for students). She works with the AION Drama Therapy Institute and the Center for Speech, Speech and Spelling in group and individual drama therapy sessions. Her doctoral thesis concerns the function of Drama Therapy Performance in people with body image disorders and eating disorders. He is the President of the Association of Drama Therapists and Play Therapists of Greece. Her book "Once upon a time... Dramatherapy and Storytelling" is published by Parisianou Publications. The team: The "UG: Healthy & Unique we Grow - Reloaded" initiative is co-financed by the European Solidarity Corps of the European Union and the Foundation for Youth and Lifelong Learning. This is a group of young femininities that was formed, during the first quarantine, with the aim of creating awareness and empowerment opportunities for all people who are concerned about the topic of "healthy relationships". Central axes are gender, the body and sexuality - concepts explored through non-formal education, information and the organization of open events and actions. Event by: H.U.G - Healthy and Unique we Grow and Hellenic Youth Participation AEON Institute of Drama Therapy
