Digital Mentoring

Digital Mentoring project is a follow up of a previous project named ME+ntor_ESC involving 2 of the same partners (from Spain and Greece). The implementation of Digital Mentoring took place during the pandemic, right after the completion of the first learning event. The online cooperation was the next planned action and we have collected a great collection of methods for mentors https://mentoresc.weebly.com/metodoteca.html and a design for basic preparation of the new mentors by the ESC coordinators.

Digital Mentoring is increasing quality, innovation and recognition of Youth Workers because it is focused on the development of the quality of mentoring connecting specialists in implementing ESC projects from 3 organisations from 3 different countries by working together to put their common experiences and research to be accessible to all European ESC organisation community in an online platform with digital functions.

Digital Mentoring program’s Coordinator is the organization A.C.T.O.R. (Asociatia Culturala pentru Teatru si Origami din Romania ) from Romania, and the support partners are 

Asociación Juvenil Almenaras (from Spain) and Hellenic Youth Participation (from Greece)

The objectives of the program, are:

*Enriching the ESC mentoring with a digital platform developed by 24 experts.

*Increasing the mentoring quality services targeting few opportunities ESC volunteers adding min 6 mentoring designs to the platform, created by 18 ESC inclusion experts.

*All the involved experts are members of the 3 DM organizations (Romania, Spain and Greece)

*The platform will be actively validated by professional youth workers- 45 participants to 3 online seminars and 24 participants to the Training Course.
