We invite you to an online event that addresses the issue of food as part of a cycle of self-care. What foods are linked to our health and well-being? Are all nutritional approaches capable of providing us with the necessary ingredients to live a good life? How can we adopt daily practices that bring us closer to conscious food choices? Is food connected to our mental mood? The speakers will present their approaches to the issue and a discussion will follow. Maria Kirmanidou is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, specializing in sports nutrition Penelope Anastasiadou comes from Thessaloniki.
