"Young Entrepreneurs!" was implemented from 24.11 to 04.12.22 in Costinești, Romania  and the main topics were:

Increasing the awareness of the 36 participants on the need to develop entrepreneurship and employability in the context of economic recovery in European society, by using nonformal techniques and methods, during the project.

Developing the level of knowledge and key competences in the field of entrepreneurship and employability for the 36 participants of the project, based on intercultural dialogue, cultural exchange and diversity, in order to be adaptable on the European labor market, during the project perioad.

Scketing-up of 6 business plans for starting-up and development of new businesses (exercise companies) through non-formal education methods and multicultural role play, starting from participants ideas during 9 days of youth exchange.

Encouraging and developing solidarity and tolerance between young participants in order to facilitate social cohesion at the European Union level through cultural exchange, inclusion and diversity based on non discriminatory non-formal activities, during the implementation of the project.

I had a really nice time in the Erasmus+ Youth exchange "Young Entrepreneurs " that was held from the 24th of November till the 4th of December in Costinești, Romania. I had the chance to meet new people from different countries and get to know more about their culture and also taste their local cuisine and dance their traditional dances during the cultural nights! We had mostly indoor activities as it was extremely cold outside and projects which were about the development of young entrepreneurs, the difficulties in order to be one and fields we can work on into being an entrepreneur. We also presented examples of young entrepreneurship in each of our countries and made presentations of how it is to be a young entrepreneur and its challenges. Το διάστημα 24 Νοεμβρίου με τις 4 Δεκεμβρίου 2022 είχαμε την ευκαιρία να συμμετάσχουμε μέσα από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ στην ανταλλαγή νέων με θέμα "Young Entrepreneurs". Μείναμε στο Costinești της Ρουμανίας, σε ένα ξενοδοχείο δίπλα στη Μαύρη θάλασσα.  Συμμετείχαν αποστολές  από Ισπανια, Ρουμανία, Ιταλια, Τουρκια και Ελλάδα. Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος παρακολουθήσαμε δραστηριότητες σχετικά με τη μη τυπική μάθηση. Ξεκινήσαμε με παιχνίδια γνωριμίας, συνεχίσαμε με δραστηριότητες που βοηθούν στο δέσιμο της ομάδας και τέλος εμβαθύναμε σε σοβαρότερα θέματα μέσα από debates, θέατρο  κλπ. Κάθε εθνική ομάδα ανέλαβε να τρέξει μία "cultural night" όπου παρουσιάζε τη χώρα της με δημιουργικό τρόπο. Διασκεδάσαμε, κάναμε νέους/ες φίλους/ες και γυρίσαμε πίσω με καινούριες γνώσεις. Ήταν μία πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία και αυτό που θα μου μείνει αξέχαστο ήταν το νοστιμότατο Ρουμανικό φαγητό!!!!! -Stefanos

After 10 days the youth exchange is over and I'm in an airport heading back home, taking with me new memories. During this period, I learned a lot about entrepreneurship, took risks, and tried various things from drama play to traditional Romanian food. Experiencing different cultures and learning to work with people with diverse backgrounds was a really positive experience for me, as well as learning something different from each member of the team.  The program overall was well organized, and the facilitators were helpful. We also had the chance to be there on Romania's national day, so we celebrated the day with the locals with traditional dances, food, and drinks.

All in all, It was interesting, to experience Costinesti, this seasonal town that is full of life in the warmer months, during winter, and see the coast and town empty, which is surely something I wouldn't think to do alone. -Maria

Μετά από 10 ημέρες το πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής τελείωσε και βρίσκομαι στο αεροδρόμιο περνώντας μαζί μου νέες αναμνήσεις και γνώσεις. Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος, εκβάθυνα τις γνώσεις μου για την επιχειρηματικότητα, πήρα ρίσκα και δοκίμασα καινούργια πράγματα, από θεατρικό παιχνίδι μέχρι παραδοσιακό ρουμάνικο φαγητό. Η επαφή με διαφορετικές κουλτούρες και η συνεργασία με ανθρώπους διαφορετικών αντιλήψεων, ήταν μια πραγματικά θετική εμπειρία για μένα, καθώς κάθε άνθρωπος που γνωρίζεις έχει κάτι να σε μάθει. Το πρόγραμμα ήταν καλά οργανωμένο και οι οργανωτές ήταν πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Επίσης, είχαμε την ευκαιρία να βρεθούμε εκεί την εθνική ημέρα της Ρουμανίας, οπότε γιορτάσαμε την επέτειο με τους ντόπιους με παραδοσιακούς χορούς, φαγητό και ποτά.

Συνολικά, ήταν ενδιαφέρον, να γνωρίσουμε το Costinesti, αυτή την πόλη που είναι γεμάτη ζωή μόνο τους θερινούς μήνες, κατά τη διάρκεια του χειμώνα, και να δούμε την ακτή και την πόλη άδεια, κάτι που σίγουρα δεν θα σκεφτόμουν να κάνω μόνη μου. -Μαρία

"Starting this program I wasn't really sure what to expect, since it was my first time, but honestly I'm glad I took that leap of faith. The program did not have a typical seminar/ workshop structure but was way more engaging and thought-provoking and without even realizing it you were constantly challenged to think and act like an entrepreneur! Also, I'm always going to be amazed by how close I got to feel to the rest of the project members, how comfortable and united we were and how many things I learned from each and every single one of them. Learning about new cultures, places and people was so beautiful and was done with great respect to each other. Overall, I'm grateful for this experience and I would definitely do it again!" -Stavroula

"Ξεκινώντας αυτό το πρόγραμμα δεν ήμουν σίγουρη τι να περιμένω, μιας και ήταν η πρώτη μου φορά, αλλά ειλικρινά χαίρομαι που πίστεψα σε αυτό και το δοκίμασα. Το πρότζεκτ δεν είχε τυπική μορφή σεμιναρίου/ workshop αλλά ήταν πολύ πιο διαδραστικό και σε έβαζε σε διαδικασία να σκεφτείς και να δρας διαφορετικά (σαν πραγματικός επιχειρηματίας)! Επίσης αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε ήταν το πόσο κοντά ήρθαμε με τα υπόλοιπα μέλη του πρότζεκτ, πόσο άνετα και ενωμένοι ήμαστε και πόσα έμαθα από τον καθένα τους. Ήταν πραγματικά πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία να γνωρίζεις καινούριες κουλτούρες, μέρη και άτομα και όλη αυτή η ανταλλαγή έγινε με πολύ σεβασμό μεταξύ μας. Γενικότερα, είμαι ευγνώμων για όλα αυτά που βίωσα και θα σίγουρα έμπαινα στη διαδικασία να ξανασυμμετάσχω!" – Σταυρούλα
