Roma Youth, European Youth
"Roma Youth, European Youth" was implemented from 24.11 to 02.12.22 in Iasi, Romania and the main topics were:
- To increase the ability of youth workers addressing the needs of minority young people including migrants and refugees;
- To develop new methods of work with minorities, especially through theatre techniques;
- To raise youth workers' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts;
- To invent youth exchanges addressing the needs and interests of minority youth according to the proposals of Erasmus+ programme.
'It was interesting that we got to learn and use theatre methods to cultivate empathy and raise awareness about the issues minorities face. The people I got to meet were so special to me.
