Nature and Sound was a youth exchange that took place from 24-31.08.2024 in Veliki Zitnik, in the heart of Croatia. 

The main objectives of the exchange were to: : 

👉 Better understand what empathy, cooperation and self-awareness mean

👉 Discover the value of outdoor education and be open to new educational methods in general 

👉 Connect with nature and its sounds

The experience was a success as we can see from Sofianos’ feedback:

This was my first ever youth exchange program and as you could expect I had high hopes for it. Well I must say my hopes were indeed fulfilled, the experience was amazing, one of a kind. From the moment we stepped foot at our dorm I felt welcomed. As for the activities and organisers I must say bravo I learnt how to listen more carefully to the simple little things in my everyday life, how to work productively as a team and listen to other people's opinions without interrupting. My favourite activity, I must say, would probably be our caving expedition. It was wonderful and something that I wouldn't have done without coming to this program. All in all I highly recommend this program and I would do it again .
