GOING OUT THERE
"Going Out There" was implemented from 12.07 to 22.07.22 in Mariapfarr, Austria and the main topics were:
- To reflect on the results of the strategy implementation and evaluate the impact of it on the target groups.
- To assess personal and professional development - to reframe the methodologies and tools acquired by participants in the previous trainings for the target groups ( e.g. NEETs, disadvantaged etc) .
- To plan the follow-up activities and steps for future development as well as develop support mechanisms for educators ( peer and mastermind groups etc).
"Even though when you hear the title: "Personal Branding" you imagine something boring and unattainable, this was not the case at Tauchen!
The organization had made sure there was a flow between the activities, which included outdoor activities and several team games. The space gave us the opportunity to ground ourselves and enjoy nature. The people there made us feel at home which helped us to commit more to the program." -Σοφία
"Going out there has become like family. It is amazing to meet people with different backgrounds but at the same time with common interests and goals. The collaboration, the fertile climate for exchanging knowledge, skills, and even opinions about each individual's personal brand helped me to develop both spiritually as a person and as a professional. We've learned to believe in ourselves even more and use social networks to our advantage so we can get out there and offer our brand!" -Foteini
"I have participated in many erasmus+ projects in the past and I can easily say that this was my favourite! Everyone was open-minded, had positive energy and was ready to listen and learn more about each other. The organization of the project was flawless and the schedule was convenient for everyone involved. Great experience overall!" -Μανώλης
"This youth exchange was a very good opportunity to connect with nature. Through physical and spiritual activities we had the opportunity to get to know each other, build trust and learn more about different cultures but also more about ourselves. I am grateful that I was spared the opportunity to participate." -Kostas
"Before applying to participate in the Erasmus+ program “Change today for a better tomorrow” in Bern, Bremen, Germany, I definitely did not expect that it would leave such a strong impact on me. Before starting the program I was hesitant as it was the first youth exchange I had participated in, but returning to Greece and having missed two trains and a flight due to local train delays I know for sure that I would participate again in a heartbeat. Even if I had to miss trains and planes again! Meeting so many amazing people - participants and organizers - from all over Europe made me realize a lot about my own environmental practices and the situation regarding environmental and nature protection in my country, and about myself me personally It gave me the opportunity to become a more conscientious citizen, through the lesson that individual action is possible, effective and just as vital as collective action. Small, everyday changes definitely have an impact, like the one the program and its people made for me." -Constantinos
"Well...Changing today for a better tomorrow was not only a project but an experience I will remember all my life. I learned how small actions have a huge impact on our lives. The environment is part of our life and you must protect it at all costs. Everyone can help in their own way of course! I also learned how to interact with people from different countries and how to work together so that we can solve all kinds of problems. The highlight of the project is when we kayaked down the river. It was unexpected but we worked as a team and quickly hit the road again!!!" -Neofytos
The project "Going Out There" was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
