Erasmus+
"Involve me and I will learn"  was implemented from 01.11 to 09.11.22 in Kose, Estonia and the main topics were:
  • To explore and adapt at least 10 best practices of voluntary youth work from the participating 11 countries.
  • To share and explore 30 innovative youth work methods, tools and techniques regarding to self – directed learning within local and European voluntary work;
  • To be able to offer more attractive educational possibilities for young people in NEET as self–directed and social learning within local and transnational voluntary work in order to foster their competencies with a special focus on exploring their own strengths and passions and practising their problem-solving skills and taking challenges with a positive approach.
  • To be able to promote local and international voluntarism as a tool for self–directed and social learning, empowerment, participation in society, self–awareness, initiative and entrepreneurship, and employability for young people in NEET.
  • To invent 40 local and 33 transnational voluntary projects with a special focus on self–directed and social learning of young people in NEET according to the proposals of the Erasmus + programme and European Solidarity Corps.

It was by far the best experience of my life, because I made so many friends from different countries and learned about the estonian culture, while admiring the awesome nature! Γεια σας, ονομάζομαι Άρτεμις Κρητικού και πρόσφατα γύρισα από αυτό το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ στην Εσθονία. Ήταν με διαφορά η καλύτερη εμπειρία της ζωής μου, γιατί έκανα πολλούς φίλους από διαφορετικές χώρες και έμαθα πολλά για την εσθονική κουλτούρα, ενώ παράλληλα θαύμασα την υπέροχη φύση! My participation in this educational program brought me closer to various cultures, interesting people, unique adventures and new knowledge. It was an opportunity to learn, see, try and think about a variety of things to improve both my personal and professional life. Through the power of non-formal learning and team-working, I was able to set goals and make plans for the future. I feel happy to have worked with these people and I feel lucky to have been able to take part in this kind of Erasmus+ program. Η συμμετοχή μου σε αυτό το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα με έφερε κοντά με ποικίλες κουλτούρες, με ενδιαφέροντες ανθρώπους, με νέες περιπέτειες και με καινούργιες γνώσεις. Ήταν μια ευκαιρία να μάθω, να δω, να δοκιμάσω και να σκεφτώ πράγματα ώστε να βελτιωθώ, τόσο στην προσωπική όσο και στην επαγγελματική μου ζωή. Μέσα από τη δύναμη της μη τυπικής μάθησης και μέσα από την εργασία σε ομάδες, μπόρεσα να θέσω στόχους και να κάνω σχέδια για το μέλλον. Νιώθω χαρούμενη που δούλεψα με αυτούς τους ανθρώπους και αισθάνομαι τυχερή που είχα τη δυνατότητα να λάβω μέρος σε ένα τέτοιο πρόγραμμα.
