Smarter Together was implemented from 01.11 to 10.11.22 in  Streatley, UK and the main topics were:

The aim of this project is to support the professional development of youth workers, leaders and trainers in the field of emotional intelligence, in the context of working with multicultural groups.

During this project , I was able to learn many things on the topic of emotional intelligence (EQ). The facilitators had organised very interesting and interactive activities for us and we were always really excited to start the sessions. My favourite moment was the intercultural night, when we danced greek dances altogether. -Orestis 

Κατά τη διάρκεια του project, μπόρεσα να μάθω πολλά πράγματα σχετικά με την συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη (EQ). Οι συντονιστές είχαν οργανώσει πολύ ενδιαφέρουσες και διαδραστικές δραστηριότητες για εμάς και ήμασταν πάντα ενθουσιασμένοι που ξεκινούσαμε τις συνεδρίες. Η αγαπημένη μου στιγμή ήταν η διαπολιτισμική βραδιά, που χορέψαμε ελληνικούς χορούς. -Ορέστης

This program included everything we needed to know about emotional intelligence, in a way that allowed us to explore ourselves and understand others. The process of learning was creative and interesting throughout the project, the bonds created were so strong and the emotions were pure! Η εμπειρία αυτή περιγράφεται αποκλειστικά με πολύ έντονα συναισθήματα, τα οποία μάθαμε να αναγνωρίζουμε και να κατανοούμε. Πολύ περιεκτικές δραστηριότητες με νόημα και ξεκάθαρο στόχο. Απίστευτη ομάδα, με ανοιχτό μυαλό και τις καλύτερες προθέσεις. Η αλλαγή στον εαυτό καθενός από εμάς είναι ήδη αισθητή και οι αναμνήσεις θα παραμείνουν ζωντανές εφ' όρου ζωής. Ευχαριστούμε! –όνομα

It was an inspiring experience and I am already looking for another project to participate in! Hosting was amazing and everything was well organized. The facilitators, Umit and Andreja, did a great job and put a lot of effort. The activities were really interesting and the interaction with the other participants is something I will never forget! Through these projects, we all learnt how to cooperate with each other and we gained a lot. Definitely, we return not the same as we were, but richer! -Christina.

Ήταν μια συναρπαστική εμπειρία και ήδη ψάχνω για κάποιο επιπλέον πρόγραμμα να συμμετάσχω! Η φιλοξενία ήταν καταπληκτική και όλα ήταν καλά οργανωμένα. Οι εκπαιδευτές, Umit και Andreja, έκαναν εξαιρετική δουλειά και κατέβαλαν μεγάλη προσπάθεια. Οι δραστηριότητες ήταν πραγματικά ενδιαφέρουσες και η αλληλεπίδραση με τους άλλους συμμετέχοντες είναι κάτι που δεν θα ξεχάσω ποτέ! Μέσα από αυτά τα projects, μάθαμε όλοι πώς να συνεργαζόμαστε μεταξύ μας και κερδίσαμε πολλά. Σίγουρα, επιστρέφουμε πίσω πιο πλούσιοι! -Χριστίνα.
