Bridge for Mind & Nature

"Bridge for Mind & Nature" was implemented from 25.11 to 02.12.22 in Lecce, Italy and the main topics were:
  • to explore your inner Nature (your body, beliefs, inner resources, gifts, creativity, dreams, visions, longings, visions, purpose).
  • to dialogue with the outer Nature (other beings, its realms, its wisdom, the outer resources, the qualities).
  • to connect deeply and authentically with the Others (authentic relating, deep listening, mirroring, mentoring, sharing circles).
  • to bridge these discoveries experiencing the interconnectedness with ourselves, others, the Earth.
From the moment I discovered the " Bridge for Mind & Nature" training course and was selected for it, I was intrigued by the topic of mindfulness and was curious about the activities we would participate in. These did not disappoint me at all! From the very first moment, in an environment full of nature, meeting wonderful people, open-minded and willing to " change shapes ", following the facilitators; instructions, we all started to get closer to each other - and also individually closer to ourselves and to nature. Through activities that often brought me out of my comfort zone, through difficult emotions that emerged but also through many beautiful experiences, I learned a little better who I am and how to start " letting go". Through various techniques, such as eco-art & collage, I connected with different aspects of myself and the other participants - which I find very difficult under normal circumstances. Furthermore, I discovered many good practices that I can introduce into my daily life to feel more connected to myself and my emotions and to restore balance to the hectic pace of our lives. I have learned to take my time, find ways to escape into nature, to take its example for my own inner quests, as our inner world is a mirror of the natural one. For all of the above, I can say that my experience in the program was really one of a kind! -Χριστίνα

This training course was my first experience with Erasmus + and it exceeded my expectations. It taught me so much about mindfulness and about how to better connect with myself and with nature. It was very challenging to try new things with the other participants every day, but the benefits definitely outweighed the costs of my fear. I found utterly fascinating, the way we became such a close-knit group through the activities, even though we were literally strangers to each other. I am thankful for this opportunity which taught me new practices, applicable in everyday life, which can heal our relationships with each other and with nature. – Μαρία

A unique and enlightening training course that I consider a gift to myself, my mind & my body. The title of it “Bridge for Mind & Nature” says it all, and indeed I felt that I walked into nature, I found the forgotten bridge and I crossed to the other side through learning new practices to connect more with my soul & body and therefore to connect more meaningfully with others. - Eriola

The project "Bridge for Mind & Nature" was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
