The Act of Moving Forward

"The Act of Moving Forward" was implemented from 20.02 to 26.02.2023 in Vlasotince, Serbia, and the main topics were:

- Awareness of cultural differences of participants, and of their own
culture.

- Awareness of cultural differences within the same “national
culture” and belonging to several cultures.

- To point out the importance of cultural differences and to promote
intercultural learning among participants with different cultural
backgrounds and different traditions.

Overall, this experience gave the opportunity to around 35 people from different countries around the world, to come closer in a welcoming and safe environment where social inclusion was manifested by the group dynamics and intercultural diversity was heard among different languages, songs, late-night talks, and discussions about games, and more. - María

Hello.my name is George Stefanidis and I participated in the youth exchange named: “The Act of moving Forward “which was held in Vlasotince, Serbia. It started on Monday the 20th of February and ended on Sunday 26th. We played a lot of traditional and cultural games, and we learned a lot of things about other cultures. There were participants from Greece, Turkey, Jordan, Serbia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Spain, and the Netherlands. The accommodation was very nice, and the food was delicious. Also in the cultural night we did some traditional dances and we ate a lot of cultural foods. The hosting organization was great and they helped us very much with the learning process. Overall, every member of this Erasmus + project had an awesome time and surely it would be memorable and unforgettable. I hope I will be able to participate in many others wonderful Erasmus projects. -Γιώργος
