In November, Anastasia, Amalia, Maria, Marina, Niki, Olia and Stavroula found themselves somewhere exotic, to help, collaborate and share beautiful moments. By participating in the Youth Exchange H.E.L.P. - Human Empowering Local Projects in Aruba, Caribbean, our girls met people from Croatia, Aruba, Germany, San Marino and Curacao  During the program, they participated in volunteer activities focused on three areas: environmental sensitivity, communication with the elderly and raising money for children with special needs .

"It was an unforgettable experience as I met wonderful people, filled with new experiences and expanded my horizons with new ideas, images and feelings."

"I laughed, I danced, I sang, I lived things I never thought I could live! But above all, I made friends that even if some of them may be very far away, we keep in touch and I feel them next to me."

"One of my favorite moments was when we organized a volunteer activity at the youth center where we lived, where we had a great time playing board games, dancing and chatting with the elderly residents and learning their stories."

"During the program, I strengthened my interpersonal and communication skills, while gaining a more complete picture of different cultures. Overall, this experience inspired me to become more active in volunteering, putting a small stone in the hope for a better society."

"In November 2023 I traveled with six wonderful girls to Aruba for YE H.E.L.P Humans Empowering Local Projects! It was a unique experience through which we learned a lot, did a lot of fun activities, lived unforgettable moments, met wonderful people, laughed had fun and of course tanned enjoying the Aruba Sea.
