SANE
In May, the "Sane" Training Course took place in the village of Murzasichle, Poland, aiming to enhance the methodology of youth empowerment through theatrical improvisation and mindfulness.
The goals of the program are for individuals to:
Learn theatrical improvisation techniques to utilize in their work with youth.
Acquire mindfulness skills to reduce stress and enhance the concentration of young people.
Gain experience in non-formal education and experiential learning
Develop soft skills and support social and professional development.
