Facilitation LAB!
In April, the training program “Facilitation LAB” took place in the city of Šiauliai, Lithuania, aiming at equipping workers with universal facilitation tools in their work. These tools will enhance their work and ensure quality interactions with youth, as well as empower their personal development.
The program's goals are for participants to:
Familiarize themselves with the key features of facilitation as a skill, focusing on 21st-century skills.
Equip themselves with meaningful methods such as LEGO SERIOUS PLAY, Design Thinking/Sprint, and Graphic Facilitation.
Gain experience in non-formal education practices and experiential learning.
See below how the participants from Greece describe their experience:
" This training course was amazing, I was so amazed to see all the people around Europe learning about LEGO serious play . The facilitators were amazing and the memories that I made were unmatched.” - Fay
" This project was original and had as its subject something that I had never studied in my life. Playing with Legos and drawing made me feel like a little kid again. Although we are talking about training, the time was spent creatively and pleasantly.” - Lemonia
The program is co-funded by the European Union.
