European Youth Goal - Mental Well Being

In May, the "European Youth Goals- Mental Well being" Training Course took place in the village of Murzasichle, Poland, aiming to enhance the methodology of youth empowerment through theatrical improvisation and mindfulness.

The goals of the program are for individuals to:

  • Equip themselves with new tools in the field of mental health.
  • Recognize and work with their own emotions.
  • Learn basic principles of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

See below how the participant from Greece describes his experience:

"The place where the program was held was quite green, with small mountains, small houses, calm and the hotel was perfect. We felt peaceful in this place.
It was the first Erasmus+ program I participated in and I didn't expect it to be so beautiful and perfect. Since I've been back, I've been applying everywhere to participate in more Erasmus+ programs (while I was quite hesitant before I participated in the Poland program)." - Abanop

The program is co-funded by the European Union.
