Youth workers from across Europe, including our own, gathered in Lublin! Over the course of a week, they delved into the concept of youth participation, exchanged ideas on how to involve young people in civic and social life, and examined various levels of their engagement.

During the training, they not only dealt with the topic of civic engagement, but also examined how it is related to our well-being. Therefore, there was a very important element of working with young people - caring for their mental health and the health of youth workers.

They also learned about the activities of other organizations and their methods of effective work with young people.
