👉 Learn about the organisation, application and evaluation of the programs

👉 Understand new methods of feedback

👉Exchange good practices and educational methods concerning non-formal learning in outdoor activities and games.

Through the program, I had the opportunity to collaborate with young people from different countries, broadening my horizons and developing both my social and professional skills. Furthermore, this experience allowed me to witness the diversity of Europe up close, making me feel part of a larger community with shared values and a common vision for the future.

Twenty-one unique individuals from various countries in Europe, along with two amazing trainers, completed the group of the Next Generation program in Austria. Six days filled with exploratory learning, creative collaboration, and the exchange of ideas gave us the opportunity to discover the Erasmus+ world, focusing on KA1 mobilities, such as Youth Exchanges and Training Courses. Through this experience, we not only had the chance to build strong relationships with people from all over Europe, but also to gain valuable knowledge that will be useful in both our personal and professional paths. The Next Generation program was a unique experience and at the same time, a source of inspiration for me, opening new pathways and creating opportunities for personal and professional development.

The project is co-funded by the European Union.
