On November 21, the first meeting of our new group "Hate Trackers" took place.

Together with the team trained in the first half of 2024 (Hate Trackers - Into Action - Trainers Edition), we welcomed the new team members.

With enthusiasm and a spirit of collaboration, we got to know each other and discussed the experiences, expectations and motivations that bring us together. Our common goal is to combat hate speech online, a phenomenon that affects not only the target individuals but also the cohesion of our society.

We began by acknowledging the seriousness of the problem by discussing examples of hate speech we have seen or experienced. We then set the context for our action, focusing on how we can identify, deconstruct and respond to hateful comments in an effective and calm manner and the content of the trainings that will take place.

Through the exchange of ideas, we set out our key objectives: educating, raising awareness and creating positive narratives that promote inclusion, respect and an inclusive society.
