Practice Of Intolerance

Are you ready to tackle hate speech and foster a culture of inclusion?

The Practice of Tolerance project, brought together youth workers and young people from across Europe to address hate speech through innovative methods and tools.

Participants from various countries engaged in workshops, role-playing activities, and creative exercises to better understand, recognize, and respond to hate speech. They explored the Pyramid of Hate model, learned how to identify subtle forms of hate speech, and practiced restorative justice techniques to repair harm and build empathy.

Through activities like The Empathy Exchange and The Inclusion Scavenger Hunt, participants not only gained practical skills but also developed a deeper understanding of the emotional and social impact of hate speech. They left equipped with tools to create safe spaces, empower young people, and promote tolerance in their communities.
