Entrepreneurship & Resilience in Youth Work

Project: Entrepreneurship & Resilience in Youth Work

Date: 22.04.2025 - 28.04.2025

Location: Neu Nagelberg, Austria

This time, we had the great opportunity to send three people over the age of 18 to Neu Nagelberg in Austria to attend the training course “Entrepreneurship & Resilience in Youth Work”. During six days, they got to learn how to work with visual materials for storytelling, how to use nature based methods, and much more.

The objectives of the training course were for the participants to:

👉Develop collaborative relationships with individuals and organizations across Europe working with youths

👉Practice and work on storytelling with visual material

👉Exchange ideas and work on branding their organizations

👉Develop professional resilience through nature movement methods

👉Acquire tools for experiential learning

Some testimonials from the team:

Anastasia:

The Erasmus program in Austria was a unique experience. We worked in teams with people from different countries, and every day I got to hear a new story or tradition about their culture. Through various tasks and activities, we learned how to collaborate and communicate more effectively. A special moment for me was when we tried to communicate with participants who spoke only their native language – it was full of laughter and brought us closer together!

Panagiota:

This program gave me the opportunity to meet people who share the same dreams and goals, with whom I hope to collaborate in the future to create new projects. I had the joy of delivering my own workshop in an international environment, exchanging ideas, and recharging my energy while living in a magical forest setting. A truly unique moment was when we played movement games, as part of the program, just like little kids again. We ran, laughed, gasped for breath, rolled in the mud, completely carefree. It was a liberating experience, something we deeply miss in our adult lives. In short, this program gave me inspiration and strength to move closer to my personal goal...creating my own Erasmus+ programs. I’m truly grateful for this one-of-a-kind experience!

The project is co-funded by the European Union.
