It was an excellent opportunity for me to develop my skills within an international environment with people from 13 countries. 

I learned about inclusive practices and collaboration in rural and urban environments across different European countries. 

We also had the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas, countries and their nature, which could make you think you are within a fairytale sometimes.

What really stayed with me were the connections we made, the laughs we shared, and the sense of togetherness that came from working and learning with people from so many different backgrounds. It made me realise how much we can grow when we step outside our usual surroundings.
