Games Laboratory for Youth Workers

Project: Games Laboratory for Youth Workers

Dates: 22.03.2026 - 29.03.2026

Locations: Narva, Estonia

Danai:

“Erasmus promises learning opportunities beyond the usual boundaries, and this project proves it in practice. We spent a week filled with games and workshops where we explored the power of "learning by playing".”

Manos:

“Things that might seem somewhat complicated and unfamiliar become easy when experienced trainers with a passion for their subject explain them step by step. We became the first guinea pigs for "gamification" methods, while also being the first to try out the very games we ourselves created.”

 Anastasia:

“Twenty youth workers from all over Europe gathered, sharing stories over morning coffee, explored the city in the afternoons, and laughed until they cried in the evenings after the workshops ended, playing increasingly wild games of memory, coordination, and teamwork, as they didn’t want to part ways, even though they’d already spent the whole day together. These experiences are unique and feel like a secret gift from the universe. Rarely in life do things that sound “too good to be true” turn out to be even better than that.

The project is co-funded by the European Union.
