Invest In Woman to Make Them Leaders was implemented from 01.08 to 10.08.22 in Olsztyn, Poland and the main topics were:
- To promote and strengthen female activism as a democratic standard.
- To develop the potential and educational offer of partner organizations with new tools and methods for the activation of women in decision-making and political processes.
- To develop the innovative methods how to overcome taboos and stereotypes related to the low participation of women in political life in partner countries.
"I traveled to Olsztyn in Poland to attend the training course named "Invest in women to make them leaders". Definitely I can say that it was one of the best experiences in my life. Except the fact that the organizers created such a safe space and I really felt comfortable from the first days, I gained a lot of skills and tools regarding women's empowerment in participation in political and social life. I met a lot of distinguished and talented people full of passion and willingness to make a change. We shared and exchanged common thoughts, opinions and lots of ideas. It was a really nice opportunity to escape a bit my "comfort zone" and challenge myself. I will remember all these beautiful moments for a lifetime. "-Katerina K.
"Invest in Women to make them Leaders was a fascinating experience, full of exciting activities and informative seminars. We took part in non-formal education activities, where we got to know each other, but also trainings where we learned the importance of gender equality, effective communication and leadership skills. Everyone in the teams was supportive, open to share information and experiences and the hosts were super welcoming, organized and willing to make it a once in a lifetime experience for us.
