"The experience that this particular Erasmus gave me was really special. Initially, I was given the opportunity to meet people from different countries and to understand that what unites us is more than what separates us! The activities we did helped me to understand deep issues regarding immigration, intercultural dialogue, the abolition of stereotypes, etc.The exchange of ideas and thoughts with others helped me to enrich my knowledge in relation to the culture and mentality of other peoples and to escape from my own microcosm. However, my favorite piece was the human library. The interview with people who have experienced the migration made me emotional and worried, but it also filled me with admiration for these people who, amidst their difficulties, claim a better future! I would definitely repeat this knowledge-filled experience! And as you know, knowledge conquers fear!😊♥️✨"-Andriani
"Perspective Beyond Borders was a well organized project in Malta by International Alliance for integration and sustainability organisation, with good facilitators, and interesting topics of discussion, like migration, multiculturalism, integration, social inclusion, diversity etc. I met people from different cultures, exchanged opinions and knowledge, shared ideas and tasted other cuisines, music and dances in cultural nights. We also had the chance after the sessions to explore Malta and see many new things. It was an unforgettable experience." -Evi
"Perspective beyond boarders was a really nice learning experience. The project was being held in Malta and the topic was about immigration. We learn al lot about different types of immigration, the difficulties and the risks in this procedure and the alternative ways of an individual way of thinking. Interesting was the fact that Iearn a lot about other people culture and nationalities that I have never met before like Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. This was a really great experience cause it helped me expand my boarders and see things around me with completely different eyes." -Drosoula
"In July I had the opportunity to participate in Erasmus+ programm "Perspectives Beyond Borders-2" in Malta, which lasted 7 days. During this program I learned a lot regarding immigration issues and built tools and knowledge on how to fight discrimination and support integration of immigrants and refugees in the local society. At the same time, I had the opportunity to communicate and exchange ideas and views with participants of different countries upon immigration issues. Also I explored the island of Malta, swam at Gozo island and tasted the local food. The organization and hospitality were excellent. " -Nefeli
The project "Perspective Beyond Boarders" was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
