- To Value cultural differences in a context of exchange of experiences to help the personal development of the young participants.
- To Involve young people and entities to reflect on strategies of integration and attitude to the current problems that arise.
"On the 5th of September, Dimitris, Panagiotis, Anna and Vasiliki, started their long journey to Xativa, Spain, in order to participate to an Erasmus+ project, called "The Digital Hug", hosted by the Enredados association. The topic was regarding the effects of cyberbullying and the awareness that is necessary to be spread. Specifically, we implemented non formal activities that required brainstorming in order to create campaigns that fight against the phenomenon, using tools like fashion, performing arts, painting and music for inclusion, awareness, support and unity. Also, we did lots of debates that were regarding cyberbullying, about the factors, the regulations around it, the potential solutions and the suitable methods to approach the topic. Apart from the project, we all came close, engaged with the rest of the participants, coming from Hungary, Italy, Romania and France, as well as the facilitators coming from Spain. There were 7 days, full of excitement, emotions, reflection and happiness, including different activities, such as the trip to Valencia and the visit to the castle of Xativa. We would choose this project over and over again and of course, join more Erasmus+ projects in the future." -Anna.
The project "The Digital Hug" was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
