Act Now  For Emplpyability Skills was implemented from 08.09 to 14.09.22 in Ashford, UK and the main topics were:
  • To improve cross-competencies of participants such as leadership, prevention management and resolution of problems and conflicts, teamwork skills, communication, etc.
  • To experience new methods which can be transferred to target groups or in personal life.
  • To explore how youth work can foster the employability among the young people especially through volunteering an active participation in civil society.
"From my point of view, this project was an amazing experience. All the accommodation was almost fine and adequate for our needs. The field that it took place was amazing, close to nature and really calming. The pace of our facilitators was exact and intense, but at the same time was team centered and based on the non formal education, so our group got really bonded with authentic respect for each other! Some of the most strong moments was those during some activities where we had to build an argument and fight for our opinion or change others' opinion in a democratic way. It really made me feel strong and self confident afterwards." -María
